Dear Monday

Dear Monday: I will never truly like you!! That is okay though. Dear Nails: I really really need to get you done! I just need to find time. Dear Real Housewives of New Jersey: OMG I watched the reunion last night and I can't believe there is so much drama on there. Teresa is completely crazy! Dear Blue: I wish you were more cuddly. Only sometimes do you cuddle with me. Dear Roommate: I loved our Walmart trip for groceries only to go out to dinner that night too :) Dear TCU Football: THANK YOU for beating up on those Baylor Bears!!! SUCKS TO BU. Dear This weekend: It will be super exciting. I get to go to Homecoming. Watch us kick Techs butt. I get to see my Bestie AND I get to see an old friend I haven't seen in almost 4 years. 

and last but not least

Dear Boyfriend: You come home today. Tomorrow, We celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This is a huge milestone and I am really excited for it. 

Dear Monday

Dear Monday: There is no mistaking that it is Monday today. I am just not feeling you. I have a bad case of the Mondays. Dear Amon Carter Stadium: You are beautiful. Even though I agree with your new rules, I am officially not exempt from them. Boo. Dear Boyfriend: You are amazingly wonderful and your family makes me laugh. I am so glad that I am getting to make little inside jokes with different family members. They are making me feel very welcomed. Dear My family: I love that we are a TCU family and able to go watch games etc!! Dear Weight Watchers: I am starting your 8 week challenge to  Thanksgiving. This excites me for 2 reason. It is something to semi hold me accountable... second.... Thanksgiving is in 8 weeks!!! Dear upcoming weekend: I am excited that I have nothing planned for Saturday or Sunday. I foresee laying on the couch to happen both days. Dear PIC: I know you don't read this, but I need to give you a shout out. Congrats on your engagement. You better call me soon with details!!!

Dear Monday

Dear Monday: You are back again? It seems like just yesterday you were here. Boo. Dear Grad School: Things are not starting out as well as I had planned. I waited to long to order the book, now my assignment is late and I am slowly being reminded why I hate school, and questioning why in the world I went back. But I must continue, because I know deep down, a masters is what I need to get to the next platform in my career.  Dear Sunday: I can not wait for you to get here.. Its a secret to as why... I will explain next Monday :) Dear This week in general: I have a lot of stuff planned out for you. Need to get things ready for the boyfriends birthday on Friday, which we will be celebrating Thursday. Dear TCU Football: Thank you for a great 56-0 stomping on Grambling State this past weekend. It is nice to open the season up with a huge win like that. This Saturday should be a pretty good game @ Kansas. I don't have to work Saturday YAYY , So it will be a lazy day of watching College Football. Dear yesterday (Sunday): Thank you so dearly for allowing me to take 2 naps, sleep in, eat Mexican food, and lay around all day watching football. It was quite the perfect Sunday.

Dear Monday

Dear Monday: Today I truly love you. It is the first day of school and that means, the crazy football schedule is no longer here. I firmly now welcome the calender that my Co-Worker puts together, because I can schedule things now... MONTHS in advance. Dear Roommate: What a great little girls day we had yesterday! I think it was VERY needed by both of us. Dear Mom: Thank you for being so awesome. I had a great time at dinner Friday Night. I am glad that you and are I becoming better friends the older I get. I am also very sorry for being a spoiled rotten teenager. I wish I could change it. Dear Boyfriend: You make me laugh soo soo hard, and thank you for caring about my stupid worry-wart-ness that kept me wide awake at 4 am this morning. Dear Tennis: I am super glad I am getting back into playing you again. I really feel like I get a good work out. Dear TCU football: 11 days!!!!! 

Last but not least 

Dear Blue: why in the world would put your stuffed animal in my scentsy???

Chicken Spaghetti/Dear Friday

Here is yet again, another recipe that I cooked this past week. ( I am really enjoying trying new recipes). This one turned out quite better than I expected. It got rave reviews from the boyfriend, as well as his roommate. So here it goes 

Moms Chicken Spaghetti 

Ingredients 

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Can of Cream of Chicken

1 Can of Evaporated Milk

Salt/Pepper

Cooked Chicken (I used about 6-7 chicken tenderloins)  

1 Cup Velveeta Shredded***

Either Fettuccine or Spaghetti Noodles.  Whole Package

1 can of mushrooms ***

*** I used several of the non-fat/low fat/fat-free options of soups and that did not effect the taste of the recipie. My mom uses the entire package of the velveeta cheese, but I only used 1 cup. I also added mushrooms, that my mother does not. ***

Directions

 1. Cook the chicken (Saute with Salt and Pepper) 

2. Cook Pasta as package suggests 

3. Add Pasta, Chicken, Soups, Cheese in 3 qt casserole dish 

4. Mix together 

5. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes. If you like it creamy, then I would good it for 30. 

6. Add Garlic Bread and  a Salad to meal

I decided to do a Dear Friday because I completely forgot to do my Dear Monday this week.  So here goes my Dear Friday edition of my Dear Monday 

Dear Friday: Thank God you are here. I am so ready for this 3 day weekend. Lots of sleeping and time to cook new dishes!! 

Dear Blue (The Cat): As you get older, you have become more and more of a lap cat and that just amazes me. I am so thankful for you!

Dear Idiot on Facebook: When you post an opinion of something and ask for peoples opinion, do not get mad when mine doesn't agree with yours. Even more when you are a college engineering major talking crapola about teachers. You have no idea what you are talking about so please shut up. 

Dear old school music: I never thought that would be something I say referring to Backstreet boys, NSync, Spice Girls..... but thank you for allowing me to belt out your songs in my car and make me reminisce on the old times. 

and last but not least 

Dear Boyfriend: The text message you sent me late last night, was wonderful. I am lucky to you in my life. I love you. (Even though I know he does not read this)
